Must read books for leaders in 2023
Happy new week folks.
Today I want to answer a question I get all the time. ‘What are you reading?’
As someone that moves pretty fast, I have always found reading a worthwhile activity, unlike anything else I do. Reading slows me down and demands I focus. As a general rule, this is a good thing to do in this age of information and stimulation overload.
We are constantly multitasking however when you read, you have to focus and go slow or you miss the story. This is why i love reading and hope you pick up a few amazing books this year.
The Underliners Club
Last year, I started a book club for leaders. We meet monthly to discuss books and share lessons as we build ourselves and beautiful things. If you are interested in joining and are willing to commit to the monthly calls and meetings then you can apply here:

Why these books
There is so real science behind this book selection, they are books that I think give leaders a holistic and wide range of things to think about and contend with. I don’t agree with all the writers, nor do I endorse all of their work, however, I believe this list will help the leaders grow.
Let me know in the comments what you think about some of these books. Have you read some of them or are you looking forward to reading any of them?
Let me know your thoughts
Have an amazing week.
